Brendon Hollier is a co-founder of READY Construction and leads the business development and strategic growth efforts as well as serves in governance and management roles to ensure compliance in all company policies, contractual relationships and recruiting. Brendon has more than 16 years of experience in construction management and development services through his time at Palio Partners and Foremark, Ltd. Today, Brendon serves as managing director of Palio Partners, a firm that provides development and capital resources to restaurant and retail companies seeking new unit growth throughout the United States.  Brendon is active in ICSC and recently completed a three-year term as Texas Chair of ICSC Next Generation.
