READY Construction completed the tenant finish-out for Sauce Pizza & Wine’s second Texas location in the vibrant Las Colinas area of Irving, TX. Building on the brand’s success in Texas after its first location in Prosper, this project involved transforming a commercial shell into a distinctive and efficient restaurant space. Our work encompassed the detailed construction of a full-service commercial kitchen, precisely designed to support their unique pizza and wine concept, alongside the creation of inviting interior dining areas and an outdoor patio for additional seating.
