The Twin Peaks sports lodge in Plano, Texas, involved the ground-up construction of a 6,765-square-foot restaurant on a 1.8-acre site in partnership with Twin Peaks’ corporate development team. This project, completed in 6.5 months and on budget, delivered an immersive dining and entertainment experience, integrating over 130 high-definition televisions across two expansive bars, alongside a draft beer system supporting 32 taps. A key feature included the construction of an expansive outdoor patio, complete with an integrated fire pit designed to enhance guest comfort during colder months. Specialized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were implemented to support the high volume of entertainment technology and kitchen operations within the restaurant footprint. The execution of this project focused on creating a robust and highly functional environment capable of delivering Twin Peaks’ signature amenities and service on a grand scale.
