READY Construction was a pivotal partner in bringing 7-Eleven’s innovative multi-quick-service restaurant (QSR) strategy to Chattanooga, Tennessee, with the new construction of a state-of-the-art, over 4,500 sq. ft. facility on a two-acre site. This project built upon the precedent set by the initial dual-concept store launch in Murfreesboro in 2021, marking a crucial step in expanding this food-forward convenience model into key markets, such as Chattanooga. Our team managed the complex space planning for two distinct commercial kitchens and customer flows within this large format, coordinated specialized MEP systems unique to each QSR, and ensured the timely procurement and installation of all necessary equipment. By navigating Chattanooga’s local regulations and maintaining exacting brand standards, READY Construction delivered a highly efficient and attractive new destination, directly contributing to 7-Eleven’s strategic expansion of its QSR presence and enhancing the local consumer experience.
