Clark Knippers
Clark is a co-founder of READY Construction and brings more than 40 years of experience working with restaurant and entertainment companies, helping to grow their brands nationally by overseeing their real estate, development, and construction. Clark co-founded READY as a high-service, high-quality, relationship-driven alternative to other general contractors and he focuses on READY’s finance and administrative departments, planting the seeds of the company’s financial and strategic growth for the years ahead.
He is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America Circle Ten Council. Clark holds a BLA in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist in Dallas, TX, where he resides with his family.

Brendon Hollier
Brendon is a co-founder of READY Construction and an entrepreneur with 19 years of experience in real estate site selection, development, and construction. Since its establishment in 2015, READY has constructed over one million square feet of building space and Brendon primarily focuses on READY’s long-term strategy, fostering strategic relationships, and building partnerships to support the company’s growth.
He is actively involved in industry-related organizations, such as ICSC and TREC, and has held various leadership positions within these associations. Brendon holds a BS in Business Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and currently resides in Dallas, TX, with his family.
