The 7-Eleven in Clarksville, Tennessee, features the successful integration of Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost Chicken & Biscuits within a single convenience store footprint. This project, with Octane as the developer, reflects 7-Eleven’s strategic initiative to evolve into a comprehensive food-forward destination, expanding beyond its traditional offerings. The work involved precisely integrating two distinct commercial kitchens and ordering areas, managing specialized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for diverse cooking methods, and ensuring seamless customer flow for both QSR concepts and the core convenience store.
