READY Construction executed the ground-up construction of the 4,770 sq. ft. 7-Eleven convenience store and fuel station on 1.7 acres at Brown St. and N. State Hwy 78 in Wylie, TX. As a top DFW commercial general contractor, our scope was a turnkey solution encompassing all phases: excavation and site utilities (storm, sanitary, water), pavement, structural erection, MEP systems, storefront, and complete interior/exterior finishes.
