This Allsup’s in Odessa, TX, involved the installation and erection of the Owner-provided pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) by READY Construction, including the complete roof system, for a large convenience store. During this ground-up gas station and c-store construction, READY was responsible for executing the entire build-out, covering all Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) elements.
The finished facility features a large sales area with a checkout counter, a dedicated stock/utility room, walk-in coolers, restroom facilities, and an office. We constructed the exterior walls using light-gauge metal studs with manufactured stone and stucco finishes.
