The bellagreen, located within the upscale Shops at Legacy in Plano, Texas, involved the remodel of an existing space to create a distinctive dining experience. This included demolition and the installation of unique interior finishes, custom millwork, and specialized lighting. An inviting outdoor patio was integrated, requiring hardscaping and integrated lighting. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were installed to support the restaurant’s high-volume operation. Executing this remodel within an active retail center demanded close coordination with the client’s design team, resulting in a visually striking and fully operational culinary destination.
