READY Construction completed the ground-up construction of the CareNow Urgent Care facility located in Pearland, Texas. This comprehensive project, developed by Crestview, involved the development of a 5,285 sq ft state-of-the-art medical building on a 1.41-acre site. Our scope encompassed everything from initial site preparation and development to the construction of the building and interior, including patient examination rooms, treatment areas, reception, and administrative spaces.
