This project in Sinton, TX was READY’s first Circle K. This was a ground-up build that, including site work, took seven months to complete. This impressive six-acre site features a 5,200 sq ft PorterSIPs structure, designed with convenience and efficiency in mind.
The Circle K offers a range of features to serve both travelers and locals:
- Ample truck parking
- 7 auto fuel dispensers
- 3 high-flow diesel lanes
- An on-site septic system
- A detention pond for effective rainwater management
