READY Construction delivered two new retail buildings at The Villas at Ownsby Farms, contributing to the commercial development of the Celina area. The project included a 10,500 sq. ft. building and a 9,500 sq. ft. building, both with drive-thru functionality. The combined 3-acre site also includes a parking lot with 110 spaces.
