READY Construction delivered an expansion at the Grand Central Crossing development in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team collaborated closely from the outset to ensure the new building addition seamlessly integrated with the existing structure, both aesthetically and functionally. The partnership between the architect, engineer, and city was crucial as we managed not only the construction of expanded parking facilities but also the complex relocation of underground utilities outside the building and the significant undertaking of repositioning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within the existing facility to accommodate the new layout.
