READY Construction was selected by the Hideaway Pizza corporate team to spearhead new construction in Plano, Texas, marking the chain’s first location in the state and a significant expansion for the brand. This prominent, 11,377 sq ft freestanding restaurant, situated on a 3.7-acre site at Preston Road and Highway 121, delivered one of Hideaway Pizza’s largest venues. The project encompassed the full build-out of a state-of-the-art kitchen, inviting dining areas, and impressive amenities, including two full bars and an expansive rooftop patio. READY’s work ensured the seamless integration of all necessary infrastructure to support a high-volume restaurant operation, establishing a key presence for Hideaway Pizza in the Texas market.
