READY Construction completed the tenant finish-out for Sauce Pizza & Wine’s new 3,090 sq ft location in Prosper, TX, situated within The Gates of Prosper development. Bringing their popular concept from Arizona, this project involved transforming a raw space into a welcoming and highly functional restaurant. Our work included the construction of a full-service commercial kitchen, designed to support their pizza and wine menu, alongside inviting interior dining areas that seat 68 guests. A key feature of the project was the development of an expansive outdoor patio, accommodating an additional 72 diners.
