READY Construction completed the build-out of the first Texas location for SkinnyFATS, a spacious, two-story indoor-outdoor restaurant in Dallas’ West Village. As a key step in their expansion outside their home market of Nevada, this project involved creating a comprehensive dining establishment designed to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, complete with a full patio. Our team constructed the full-service kitchen and dynamic dining areas across two levels, seamlessly integrating all essential Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This complex restaurant venture delivered a high-quality venue that introduced the SkinnyFATS brand to the Dallas market.
