READY Construction delivered the ground-up construction of the 39,771 sq ft Studio Movie Grill in Fort Worth, TX, situated on a five-acre site. This entertainment complex features 12 state-of-the-art auditoriums, a full-service commercial kitchen, and an inviting lounge with a bar. Our expertise was crucial in addressing the specialized construction requirements inherent to a modern movie theater. This included advanced acoustic isolation and soundproofing for each auditorium to ensure an immersive audio experience, along with precise raked flooring for optimal sightlines to the screens. We meticulously integrated the complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems required for both the high-demand projection and sound technology, as well as the comprehensive kitchen and bar operations.
