The bellagreen in Houston, Texas, involved the specialized remodel of a former bank building that would transform into a space for an Original ChopShop and a new bellagreen carryout and delivery prototype. This complex adaptive reuse project was completed in partnership with bellagreen’s corporate team.
The project specifically addressed the challenges of co-locating and integrating distinct restaurant operations within a compact, repurposed footprint. The build-out required significant structural and systemic modifications to transition the space from its previous tenants, creating a highly efficient layout with a streamlined front-of-house, a compact shotgun-style kitchen, and a dedicated pickup area designed for off-premise dining.
