The project at Original ChopShop in Houston, Texas, involved the complex remodel of a distinct space within a former bank building, transforming it into a vibrant, health-focused fast-casual restaurant complete with a new drive-thru. This unique adaptive reuse not only repurposed an unconventional structure but also required precise coordination to co-locate Original ChopShop alongside a new Bellagreen carryout and delivery prototype within the same revitalized building. READY Construction spearheaded the intricate process of converting the bank’s original layout into highly efficient restaurant operations, including integrating a dedicated drive-thru lane and window for ChopShop.
